Please note bookings accepted through Treatwell but we request that you select pay at venue option when booking.

There is a grace period of 20mins if you are running late for your appointment, anything after that we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule.

We require 48hr notice for rescheduling and cancellation, if your appointment is cancelled before the 48hrs, your deposit will be refunded or if you want to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment but only once.

We require a deposit of £25.00 for each appointment, which will be taken off you final bill. A secure payment link will be sent to you via email or text to pay your deposit once your appointment is booked. Appointments will only be secure if deposit is paid.

Texture Release and any Colour Services require a 48hr skin/patch test and a consultation before these services can be carried out.

We require your hair to be washed dry and detangled for appointments that are not booked in for those particular services i.e if you have booked in just for a weave and nothing else then we require your hair to be prepared to start your service straight away or you will incur a detangling/drying fee of £15.

Please note we do not allow additional guests at your appointment.
